Modern axe throwing can be traced back to the logging camps of the Canadian wilderness where lumberjacks picked up their axes to test their strength, accuracy, and endurance in an extreme backwoods throwdown.
With The Axe Company’s competitive axe throwing leagues, you can now feel the pulse-pounding adrenaline rush of your favorite loggersport with the risk of blizzards, bears, and falling trees. We’re excited to host competitive axe throwing leagues throughout the year in Edwardsville so you can bond over bullseyes with new friends before you mop the floor with them.
Our co-ed fall league (age 18+) starts November 15, 2023 at 7 p.m. and runs for 8 weeks. The league includes two matches every Wednesday night ending with a cash prize tournament on January 17. Please note that the league will be on winter break December 27 and January 3.
Option 1:
$80 up front for 8 weeks of league play, or $100 up front if you would like an Axe Company league t-shirt.
Option 2:
$12 per week for 8 weeks of league play.
League members can throw at The Axe Company during normal business hours at discounted rate of $15 for 90 minutes (reservations required).
The Axe Company has plenty of axes on site you can use during league play. If you prefer to throw your own axe, it must be within the regulations pictured.
